Junior Prom

Junior prom is literally next week, Saturday April 21, 2012. The prom seems to have come so fast.
Some juniors are stressed because they still have items they need to purchase like tuxedos, accessories, and plans for after prom may still need to be made. All the juniors would definitely agree that we’re just ready for it to come and go already.

The theme for prom this year is “A Night in Paris.” Mrs. Albert, junior class advisor, says that the prom will be held in the gym. Whereas the juniors, in previous years, have had their prom in the cafeteria, but there also will be a wedding tent set up to make the prom look even better. Hopefully, the tent will make a big difference.

So far, I have high hopes for prom, and I hope juniors attend so that the event will be a success. Even though there’s still so much left to do in so little time, I just keep reminding myself that in 10 days, all this hard work will pay off. I plan to make the best out of my junior prom because it only comes once.
