This summer, I was focused on one thing and one thing only, getting my permit and being able to finally get behind the wheel.
As soon as I got my driver’s book from the Motor Vehicle Association (MVA), I studied it all day and all night; I was determined to pass the test the first time around.
When test day finally came, my mom and I waited in the MVA for hours, until finally our number was called. I had my picture taken, and I was ready to get the test
finished. As I walked down the hallway to the testing room, I was anxious to finish the test. I had studied so hard for this test.
When I began the test, I was confident; Then, I missed one question; then another. Until I was at number 19, missing this one would determine if I passed or failed. Well, I aced
number 19! I passed; I was so excited because I had been waiting so long to finally have my permit.
It’s been about a month since I started driving classes, and I am now finishing my required driving hours. I will legally be
able to drive by March:).

So happy for you. Don’t slack off in that driving class. The easy stuff just passed, now time for the hard parts…Good Luck Katrina! =)
