There are 36 days till the AVID college trip, and I can’t be more anxious. I get scared kind of easily when it comes to meeting new people. I want to be liked and make a good impression, who doesn’t? But my anxiety takes over and I freak out inside. I guess it helps to be going on these field trips to colleges before Spring Break, so I can mentally prepare myself for what’s ahead. The next field trip for AVID is to University of Baltimore on April 7th. The more colleges I visit, the closer I become to finding my perfect, or at least, almost perfect school.

I am so glad, I am in AVID. It’s the perfect opportunity to really go out and look at colleges.
