Kennedy is attending the AVID Spring Break Trip and will be providing stories and blogs of her experiences for the website.

The AVID Spring Break Trip is coming up, and everyone’s getting ready. This year, we are visiting five colleges, and I couldn’t be more excited. My dad keeps telling me to look at colleges and hopefully I’ll find a college I really want to go to, though maybe not one in Maryland. Other than the visits to colleges, I am so glad to be getting out of my house and away from my brothers, and I will hopefully get some peace and quiet. The only downside about this trip is the time we have to get up each morning, 7:45; its Spring Break, why can’t we spring for at least 10 o’clock.
